Leucémie aiguë myéloblastique

La leucémie aiguë myéloblastique ou leucémie myéloïde aiguë est un cancer de la lignée myéloïde des leucocytes. Elle se caractérise par un envahissement médullaire de cellules immatures du à un blocage de maturation (hyatus leucemicus) des globules blancs dans la moelle osseuse qui va être responsable d’une insuffisance médullaire par écrasement des lignées normales (pouvant provoquer anémie, hémorragies, sensibilité aux infections) et d’un syndrome tumoral (douleurs aux niveaux des épiphyses osseuses).
